All 121 Tarot Readings package payments using the online and telephone payment card facilities are subject to the following conditions.
1. Online and Telephone Payments
When you complete the online and telephone payment transaction, funds will be deducted from your credit/debit card in the specified currency.

Payments are debited to PayPal account users as Elite Communications & Credit Card users as Elite Communications

Telephone credit card payments are transmitted via PCI PAL, PCI compliant at Level 1. Credit/Debit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
4. Confirmation
If your payment was successful, our gateway will confirm that your payment was completed. If unsuccessful, our gateway will advise that your payment has failed. Elite Communications Limited will not be notified why a payment has failed. Therefore, you should contact your card provider for details. If your payment fails, you may email us at [email protected], where we can try to process your card manually. If this method fails, you need to contact your card issuing bank for further assistance.
5. PIN Numbers
- If your payment is successful, our website will generate a unique PIN number required to access our 121tarotreadings service.
- If you have supplied us with a valid email address and have paid on the website, you will receive confirmation of your PIN number and the phone number to call to access the service. Please note that payments processed through the telephone credit/debit card service will receive a text confirming your PIN number if you’ve entered a valid mobile number.
- If you lose your PIN, you may email [email protected], where a staff member will try to recover your PIN. You may be asked to confirm your name, billing address and the last four digits of your card number.

- We cannot guarantee that you will be put through to the reader of your choice by either using their PIN number or choosing them from the carousel of available readers.
- The reader’s feed on the website does take up to 1 minute to update.
- If your chosen reader becomes unavailable, you will be shown a list of available agents to choose from.
- The 121 Tarot Readings Services are provided for entertainment purposes only.
- The minutes on your PIN number that you purchased (packages) are used as soon as you connect to the Tarot / Psychic Agent.
- All calls to the service are recorded.
- You must be over 18 years old to access the tarot / psychic service. We reserve the right to restrict access to persons who do not adhere to our terms and conditions.
11. How Our Tarot/Psychic Service Works
You can pay for your package using our online credit/debit card facilities or by calling our telephone credit/debit card service.
When using the online credit/debit card service, your PIN number will show on the payment success page if your transaction is successful. You will be provided with a local telephone number to call where you can enter your PIN to access the service.
When using the telephone credit/debit card payment service, after successful payment, the service will tell you your PIN number; once this has been completed, we will put you through to the tarot / psychic service. The telephone number for the credit/debit card service, 0203 424 1800 is a local rate number.
You can purchase more minutes online or through the telephone credit/debit card payment service, so please keep the telephone number safe.
12. Psychic Email Service
The Psychic Email service is only available if readers registered on the Psychic Email service are logged on and ready to take readings. We cannot issue refunds if a reader is unavailable to read for you at a specific time.
All users of the Psychic Email service must be over 18 years old.
We keep copies of all the Email  conversations. However, these can only be accessed by management. Your identity is always kept confidential.
Readers cannot access your confidential or payment information.
Payments are processed by our PCI Level 1 verified merchant. We do not have access to your credit or debit card information.
Refunds will not be issued on unused purchased packages or minutes.
We reserve the right to block customers from this service and any related services operated by ELITE COMMUNICATIONS UK LIMITED in the event of a chargeback, payment dispute, anything that jeopardises the smooth operation of the service or if any of these terms are broken.
